First Thai massage? First time in Ghent? Here are the practical details for a relaxed visit.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Our small studio welcomes guests by appointment only. Book online through Setmore to see the available times. Walk-ins are not available.
How do I confirm my appointment?
The booking page asks for a valid mobile number and a €35 online deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total treatment price. For international numbers, include your country code.
Which massage should I choose?
Traditional Thai massage uses pressure and stretching. Aromatherapy combines Thai techniques with warm oils for a more flowing treatment. If you are unsure, tell Chonlada what feels comfortable for you.
Can I book a massage together with my partner?
Our current studio offers individual appointments. Please book separate time slots if you are visiting with someone else, or contact us to discuss your plans.
What should I know about changing or cancelling?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Check the booking confirmation and current Setmore booking policy for the conditions that apply to your appointment.
Is there a shower, and what kind of service is this?
There is no shower at the studio. We offer professional, non-erotic Thai wellness treatments in a calm, respectful setting.
I have specific needs. Can I ask before booking?
Of course. Contact us about comfort, pressure, access requirements, pregnancy or any health concerns before you book. We will discuss whether the treatment is suitable for your visit.
